

I often take too harsh of reviews with a grain of salt because perhaps someone was just extra irritated when writing it but this app literally is the WORST! You spend 30k+ outfitting your kitchen with these a “high performance products” and you can’t even get them to connect! I did all the trouble shooting-delete the app, reinstall, power off the phone then turn it on, turn bluetooth off then on, turn around in a circle, clap 3 times, etcetera etcetera….sighhh still nothing. It doesn’t help that water filters are out of stock… for a premium appliance at this price point, I am shocked at the lack of basic functionality in this app. I have to type in my serial number or model number, depending on whether it’s water or air filters I’m looking for, even though the app contains all this information. My app is telling me that both the air and water filter need immediate replacement so when I click on “order filter,” none of my information is carried over to the store (which is in a browser and not the app itself). Then there’s the issue of which filter I should purchase. So be it, we can’t fix all the bugs, but in the world of UX this matters - I’m not even in the app and it hardly works yet. I restarted the app and presto! My time zone now works. Next, instructions for setting the time zone, which didn’t work, include something along the lines of, “if it gets stuck, exit and restart the app,” indicating that they’re aware of the defect but have not prioritized fixing the bug. First, I got an unknown error when trying to register the fridge, so it’s not registered yet.
